Coming to the second T20 match between India and Ireland, the Bumrah brigade hoisted the flag of victory by 33 runs. India posted a mammoth score of 185/5 and hosts Ireland scored 152 for the loss of 8 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Andrew Balbirnie (72) scored the most runs. Rituraj Gaikwad (58) played a half century innings from India. Rinku played an innings of 38 runs in 21 balls. Rinku was declared player of the match. India have taken an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series. India won the rain-affected first match by 2 runs. The third and last T20 match will be played on Wednesday.
