Bhutan’s PM heaped praise on PM Modi

Narendra Modi took oath as PM for the third time in a grand ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Sunday evening. Bhutan PM Tshering Tobagy was also present on this occasion. In an exclusive conversation with NDTV, Bhutan PM praised PM Modi. He said that PM Modi was honored with His Majesty, the King’s Award and it is the highest civilian award. We in Bhutan are proud that this award was given to PM Modi and despite his busy schedule at the end of his second term as Prime Minister, he came to Bhutan in person to receive the award.

With this, the PM of Bhutan said that I have a very good relationship with Prime Minister Modi. I have a very close relationship with Prime Minister Modi. Obviously I look up to him as a mentor and I am very fortunate to have his guidance. I also see him as a guru because he is very clear in his vision and he is very clear about how his vision will be implemented and so in that respect, I see him as a guru but most importantly, I see him as my mentor. see as elder brother In fact, I call him big brother.”

The oath-taking ceremony was attended by top leaders of many countries

Prime Minister Modi took oath of office and secrecy at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Sunday evening. Under India’s ‘Neighbourhood First’ policy and the priority given to the ‘SAGAR’ mission, invitations were sent to heads of states of neighboring countries. Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe, Maldives President Dr. Mohamed Muizu, Vice President of Seychelles Ahmed Afif, Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina, Prime Minister of Mauritius Pravind Kumar Jugnath, Prime Minister of Nepal Pushpa Kamal ‘immensely’ involved ‘ and Prime Minister of Bhutan Tshering Tobagy.
