US Shooting: A gunman targeted and opened fire on children playing at a US water park on Saturday. It is reported that 9 to 10 people were injured in the firing. Among the injured are two children, one of whom is 8 years old. According to police, the attack took place Saturday evening at a children’s water park in Michigan. Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard said the attacker hid in a nearby home and police surrounded him.
Police said people who were injured in the shooting at the Brookland Plaza splash pad in Rochester Hills were rushed to the hospital. There was an active shooter near the Brookland Plaza splash pad, the police department said in a post on Twitter. It is still an active crime scene and surrounded by suspects. People should stay away from this area. Many are injured.

Fired about 28 times
The Oakland County Sheriff said the suspect arrived at the splash pad around 5 p.m. Saturday and opened fire as he exited his vehicle. The sheriff said the suspect loaded his gun several times and fired about 28 times. The motive behind the firing is not yet known, but police believe the attack appears to have been sudden.
