Putin decided not to attend the first direct BRICS summit after Covid-19.

Russian President Vladimir Putin will not personally attend the September 9-10 G-20 summit in New Delhi. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov gave this information here on Friday.
“No, the president has no such plans,” the official Tass news agency quoted a Kremlin spokesman as saying. Peskov said the format of Putin’s participation would be decided later.
