New Delhi. Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has started shooting for his much awaited film ‘Sikandar’. Bhaijaan announced his film on the occasion of Eid this year. ‘Sikandar’ is being directed by renowned South Cinema director AR Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Salman Khan has informed the fans about the start of shooting of ‘Sikandar’ on social media.

Salman Khan posted a photo from the sets of ‘Sikandar’ on his Instagram handle, in which he is seen with director AR Murugadoss and producer Sajid Nadiadwala. Salman Khan is looking very handsome in the picture. However, it is not yet confirmed that Salman Khan will be seen in ‘Sikandar’ in the same look as he is seen in the photo. Sharing this picture, Bhaijaan wrote in the caption, ‘Eagerly waiting for Eid 2025 with Sikandar’s team.’ The film will hit theaters next year on the occasion of Eid.

Salman Khan will shoot aerial action sequences
According to reports, the shooting of the film ‘Sikandar’ has started in Mumbai on June 18 after the pre-production work has been completed. It is being said that the film’s team will shoot aerial action sequences with Salman Khan. On the occasion of Eid in April this year, Salman Khan announced ‘Sikandar’ on his Instagram and Twitter handle. He captioned it, ‘This Eid, see Bade Mian, Chhote Mian and Maidan and meet Sikander on next Eid. Happy Eid to all.

Rashmika Mandanna will be Salman Khan’s heroine
Rashmika Mandanna will be seen in the lead role in Salman Khan’s film ‘Sikandar’. This is the first film of both the stars. Although the makers have not revealed anything about the rest of the star cast yet, it is clear that Salman Khan starrer Sikandar is going to be a great action film.

The pair of Sajid and Salman is a hit.
‘Sikandar’ is the second film of Salman Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala. Before this, both of them worked in the film ‘Kick’ which was released on the occasion of Eid in 2014. The film was directed by Sajid. Jacqueline Fernandez was paired with Salman Khan in this film. Apart from this, Randeep Hooda and Nawazuddin Siddiqui were also part of this film.

Let us tell you that before Salman Khan, AR Murugadoss made the film ‘Gajni’ with Aamir Khan. Released in 2008, the film earned money at the box office.
