World cup champions get huge money In the ongoing T20 World Cup (T20 World Cup 2024) today all the fans of the world including millions of Indians are eagerly waiting for the mega final match between India and South Africa (India vs SA Final). The tournament which has been going on for the last one month will end with the final match. Both the teams have reached the finals without losing a single match. And whoever becomes the champion today will get a huge prize money, and the runners up team will also be rewarded. Let us tell you that this time after comparing with IPL, ICC has announced the biggest prize money (11.25 million dollars) in the T20 World Cup so far, which is approximately 93.80 crore rupees in Indian rupees.

At the same time, ICC will also pay a separate amount of $31,154 i.e. around Rs 26 lakh for winning each match except the final and semi-final.

Teams that make it to the top-8 will not have to leave empty-handed either. 9th to 12th ranked teams will get $2,47,500 i.e. Rs. 2.06 crore, while the teams ranked 13th to 20th will get $2,25,000 i.e. Rs. 1.87 crore will be received.
