Stock market opens today: The Indian stock market is seeing a good start today i.e. 28th June. The Sensex opened with a gain of over 200 points in the pre-open session. At the same time, the Nifty has opened by crossing the 24,000 mark. At 9:11 am, the Sensex is trading at a record high of 79,457.58, up 214.40 points (0.27%). At the same time, the Nifty also touched a fresh high of 24,085.90 with an increase of 41.40 (0.17%).
The BSE midcap index was trading 0.3 percent higher and the smallcap index 0.6 percent higher.
