Stock market today: Today i.e. 2nd July, the Indian stock market started with a bang. Key benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty touched new highs. Nifty crossed 24,200 for the first time
According to data till 9:13 am today, Bombay Stock Exchange’s BSE benchmark index Sensex rose 364.18 points or 0.46% to 79,840.37. This is the all-time high for the Sensex.
Similarly, the Nifty 50 index of the National Stock Exchange also rose 86.80 points or 0.36% to 24,228.75, a new record high for the Nifty.
