Kolkata Knight Riders opener Sunil Narine and Sunrisers Hyderabad batsman Nitish Reddy are celebrating their birthdays today. Both the players will try their best to make their birthday special.
Kolkata Knight Riders all-rounder Sunil Narine has been in great form this season. Opener Sunil Narine is celebrating his 36th birthday on 26th May. Sunil has scored 482 runs in 14 matches in IPL 2024. During this time he has scored three fifties and one century. Talking about bowling, he has taken 16 wickets in 14 matches. Narine has led Kolkata to victory in many matches. In the current season, if Sunil Narine has not been able to perform well with the bat during the matches, he has helped the team with the ball.
On the other hand, Nitish Reddy has grabbed everyone’s attention with his batting. Nitish has played 12 matches for Hyderabad in the current season. He has scored 290 runs at a strike rate of 143.56 and has taken three wickets while bowling. However, he could not perform consistently well in IPL 2024.
Kolkata Knight Riders made it to the final after defeating Sunrisers Hyderabad in the first qualifier. While Sunrisers Hyderabad’s journey to the finals has been a struggle. The team had to face defeat in the first qualifier. After this, Hyderabad beat Rajasthan in the second qualifier. However, at one point it looked like Hyderabad would not make it to the final.
