The magic of ‘Pooja’ in ‘Dream Girl’ was such that the audience thronged the theaters as soon as ‘Dream Girl 2’ was released. Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Pandey starrer film is getting tremendous response from the audience. The film has become the biggest opening film of Ayushmann’s career after opening the account with double digits.
It’s been 10 days since the release of ‘Dream Girl 2’. Released a few days after ‘Gadar 2’ and ‘OMG’, the film has managed to earn well. According to the initial figures of the film’s 10th day earnings, the film is now just a few steps away from entering the 100 crore club. Released amid the storm of ‘Gadar 2’, the film has established itself strongly at the box-office.
According to a report by Sacnilk Entertainment, the film has earned Rs 8.1 crore on the 10th day. With this, the total collection of this film has reached 86.16 crore rupees. It is expected that ‘Dream Girl 2’ may enter the 100 crore club by the end of this week.

‘Jawan’ will be affected-
However, Shah Rukh Khan’s much awaited film ‘Jawaan’ is going to release this week. In such a scenario, it seems impossible for Ayushmann and Ananya’s film to compete against Shah Rukh and Nayantara’s film which is releasing on September 7.
Speaking of which, ‘Dream Girl 2’ released on August 25 while Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel’s ‘Gadar 2’ was doing well at the box-office. Even amidst the storm of ‘Gadar 2’, the performance of ‘Dream Girl 2’ is commendable. You know that ‘Gadar 2’ has crossed the 500 crore mark at the box office.
