Team India picture changed amid T20 World Cup, 13 players rested, Abhishek-Parag new faces

New Delhi. The Indian squad for the tour of Zimbabwe during the T20 World Cup has been announced. The Indian team will tour Zimbabwe in July. 5 T20 matches will be played in this tour. BCCI has changed almost the entire Indian team for the Zimbabwe tour. The squad to Zimbabwe will have only two members of the T20 World Cup squad. These two members are Sanju Samson and Yashaswi Jaiswal.

Abhishek Sharma and Ryan Parag got the award
BCCI has handed over the captaincy of the Indian team for the tour of Zimbabwe to Shubman Gill. The vice captain of the team has not been announced. Abhishek Sharma, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Ryan Parag and Tusshar Deshpande have been included in the Indian team for the first time. All these four players performed brilliantly in IPL 2024. Since then, there was a demand to include all four in Team India.
