No one would have thought that Sara Ali Khan would face legal troubles on her debut. The actress made her acting debut with the 2018 film Kedarnath opposite Sushant Singh Rajput. In the same month, the actress’ second film Simmba was also released which received good response from the audience. But in a recent interview, Sara revealed how the makers of Kedarnath sent her a legal notice of Rs 5 crore. At that time the actress was very scared.

A legal notice of Rs 5 crore was sent to Sara

In a recent interview to Mid Day, Sara Ali Khan said that she had earlier signed the film Kedarnath in which actor Sushant Singh Rajput was the lead. During the shooting of this film, the co-producer backed out due to which the shooting was stopped midway. Meanwhile, the actress signed Rohit Shetty’s film Simmba. The shooting of Simba was going on. And Kedarnath, which had been halted in the meantime, resumed. In such a situation, the shooting dates of both the films clashed and the makers sent a legal notice of Rs 5 crore to Sara.

The actress further said that at that time she was handling everything single-handedly. Mother Amrita was in Delhi due to father’s health. Brother Ibrahim was in school. The actress was very scared after seeing the legal notice. He said that he does not even have Rs 5 crore. In such a situation, Simmba director Rohit Shetty spoke to Kedarnath director Abhishek Kapoor. Rohit Shetty gave Abhishek three days of his film’s dates so that Sara could shoot the rest.
