UGC NET 2024 Last Date: The registration process for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET, June 2024) for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor is going to end today i.e. May 10. Candidates who have not yet filled the form can register themselves on the official website ugcnet.nta.nic.in and fill the application form. The registration link will be active till 11.50 pm. Let us tell you that UGC NET is organized twice a year every year by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
UGC NET June 2024- Direct Link
NTA had already declared the required dates for UGC NET Exam. In which the last date of registration was also stated. Candidates can pay the fee after the last date i.e. 10th May, 2024. Last date for submission of exam fee through online mode is May 11 to 12, 2024. Also, if there is any type of error in the form, an opportunity will be given to correct it. The correction window will open from May 13 and close on May 15, 2024.
UGC NET will be conducted on June 18 instead of June 16.
Let us tell you that the date of UGC NET exam was clashing with UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Exam 2024. That is, earlier the date of both the exams was June 16, but considering the problems of the candidates, University Grants Commission (UGC) Chairman M Jagdish Kumar announced that the UGC NET exam will be held on June 18 instead of June. 16. Let us tell you that candidates were confused as to which exam to appear due to the same date of both the exams. However, after the decision of UGC, the candidates got relief.
Application Fee
It is for general, unreserved category Rs. 1150, for SC/ST/PWD Rs. 325 and for third gender Rs. 325 is. Let us tell you that the fee can be paid through online mode credit card/debit card/net banking/UPI.
UGC NET June 2024- Let us know how to fill the form
Step 1- First of all you have to go to the official website of UGC NET ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
Step 2- Now first of all you have to do your registration. After which you will get application number and password.
Step 3- Now by entering the application number, password and security pin, you can proceed for the application form.
Step 4- The application form will be in front of you, start filling it.
Step 5- Fill the required information in the application form and submit the documents in appropriate size.
Step 6- Now after filling the application form completely, deposit the fee.
Step 7- Now you can submit the form and also take a printout.
