UGC NET Exam City: The National Testing Agency has released the UGC NET exam exam city slip. Candidates can check the date and city of their exam by visiting ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Admit card will be issued later. The UGC NET exam will be held on June 18, 2024. The exam will be conducted in the morning shift from 9.30 AM to 12.30 PM and in the second shift from 3 PM to 6 PM. The exam will be conducted in pen paper mode in 83 subjects. Let us tell you that the UGC NET exam for Junior Professor Fellowship and Assistant Professor is conducted twice a year in universities and other higher education institutions across the country.

Minimum passing marks
Insecure category – 40 percent
Reserved category – 35 percent

In UGC NET, candidates have to clear each paper separately. In Paper 1, candidates from unreserved category have to secure 40 marks out of 100, while candidates from reserved category have to secure 35 marks out of 100. In Paper 2, unreserved candidates will have to secure 70-75 marks out of 200 while the minimum marks for OBC and EWS category candidates will be 65 to 70. It is 60 to 65 for SC and 55 to 60 for ST.
