UPPSC PCS J Topper: Father’s Paan Shop, Daughter’s First Attempt Judge, Story of Topper Nishi

Nishi Gupta from Kanpur, who is doing BA-LLB in 2020 and LLM in 2022 from Allahabad University, has topped UPPSC PCS-J 2022. He has achieved this success in the first attempt. It also gave PCS-J of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Selection was stopped by one mark each at both the places. Nishi’s father Nirankar Gupta, who lives in Lajpat Nagar, Kanpur, owns a pan shop. Mother Rekha Gupta is a housewife. Nishi’s elder sister and elder brother are engineers, who have completed 10th and 12th with 77 and 92 percent marks respectively from Fatima Convent School.

Nishi said, ‘Didi is an engineer. She was pushing me in the same direction but I decided to study law from Allahabad University. I dreamed of becoming a judge. Gradually my parents also joined hands in making my dream come true. I am the first member of my family to study law and now become a judge. Father Nirankar said that I also wanted to study a lot but could not study after intermediate due to poor financial condition. That’s when I thought that the children are to be made officers. Nishi’s success made his dream come true. Now elder daughter Shivani Gupta and younger son Yash Gupta are engineering officers of IIT Madras.

Kasganj’s Rashmi has bagged the third position
Rashmi Singh, daughter of Narendra Singh, a resident of Sahawar Gate, Kasganj, has made the name of the family and the district bright by securing the third rank in the PCS-J 2022 examination. After this success of Rashmi, there is a happy atmosphere among the family and well-wishers. Aligarh’s Raveena has secured eighth rank
Raveena, a resident of Swarna Jayanti Nagar, Aligarh, has secured the eighth position in PCS J-2022. Due to this success, the happiness of the family was not over. His initial studies were from OLF and AMU. Ravi hails from Swarna Jayanti Nagar, Aligarh. His father Prof. Pradeep Kumar is working in Education Department in DS College. Mother Asmita is a housewife.
