Subhash Prakash, accused of leaking the paper of the RO-ARO examination conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, also dreamed of becoming an officer. It was he who leaked the paper from Madhya Pradesh and himself went to Varanasi and gave the paper. The STF is currently investigating from where Subhash Prakash got the paper. This secret is not out. Only after the arrest of Subhash will it be known how and who published the paper.
CO STF Lal Pratap Singh said that the RO-ARO paper was leaked from two places. The first paper was leaked from Bishop Johnson Girls Wing, accused Dr. Sharad, school employees Arpit and Kamlesh Pal have been sent to jail. These two accused together leaked the paper before the paper held on 11th February but the RO-ARO paper was released in the market two days before that. Rajeev Nayan Mishra, a resident of Meja, took out the paper from Bhopal. When the STF nabbed Rajeev Nayan, he said that Subhash Prakash, who lives in Bhopal, sent him the papers on WhatsApp.
Originally from Bihar, Subhash made his base in Bhopal. He was doing admission business with Rajiv Nayan. Subhash Prakash has been absconding ever since this came to light. It is likely that Subhash would have produced the paper through paper printing, as he could not think of any other option. The paper reached the examination centers on 11th February while Subhash received it earlier on 10th February.
