There is a dilemma regarding the recruitment of 12782 posts in government departments in Uttar Pradesh. The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has returned 594 incomplete proposals sent by departments. There are several flaws in these proposals. Due to which the recruitment process for these posts cannot be completed. The Public Service Commission has sent back the recruitment proposal and asked to revise it, so that the recruitment process can be completed.

The proposal has to be submitted in the prescribed format
After the Public Service Commission returned the recruitment proposal to the departments, the personnel department has taken it seriously. Heads of Departments have been instructed to use the prescribed format for sending recruitment proposals to the Commission. Recruitment proposals should specify how many posts belong to which category. What are the qualifications for this? Experience, if required, should also be mentioned. It will also state the rules under which recruitment will be made to these posts. Along with this, the exam syllabus will also be sent to the commission on time, so that the recruitment can be done on time and the candidates do not face any kind of problem.

Norms are not followed. All commissions are instructed to send proposals through this. Even after this it is not fully followed by the departments due to which the recruitment process is hanging. Most of the proposals sent back by the Public Service Commission had minor flaws. Some proposals do not cite rules, while some do not specify eligibility. Some proposals do not specify the number of posts in which category. The Public Service Commission has sent back these proposals and asked them to revise and resubmit them.
