Pakistan needed 301 runs to win but Afghanistan’s bowlers made the final a thriller. Pakistan lost 8 wickets for 272 runs. Pakistan needed 29 runs from 14 balls. That is why Shadab Khan stood as a wall for the team. He took many brilliant shots and took Pakistan team close to victory.

Pakistan needed 11 runs in the last over to win this thrilling match played in Hambantota, Sri Lanka. Afghanistan fast bowler Fazal Haq Farooqui was at the bowling end.
