Indian team fast bowler Mohammad Shami has praised the team’s star batsman Virat Kohli and said that he is a fan of Kohli’s great commitment to the game. India’s veteran batsman Virat Kohli is considered to be the best batsman of all time in all three formats and is known as the face of the game. Speaking about Kohli’s dedication towards his fitness, Shami revealed that the star batsman gives his 100 per cent in everything even while bowling. He also said that he is always prepared and carries the aura of being a great player wherever he goes.
Mohammad Shami told Cricbuzz, “He keeps his plan clear. Be it fitness, be it batting. If you give him to bowl, he will do his job, even if he has a cross foot action. He is such a person that wherever he is, he definitely stays in his frame (zone). Whenever he comes, he will show who he is.
India’s legendary fast bowler Shami believes that Kohli has everything that youngsters need as their role model and learn various aspects of life from him. He continued, “If there is such a role model for today’s generation, imagine how much he has to learn. Fitness, skill and so much more. This is reflected in Virat Kohli. He has everything that youngsters want in his role. He as a model.
Virat Kohli is the highest run-scorer in IPL 2024. He has scored five fifties and one century. In the match against Punjab Kings, Virat Kohli played a huge innings of 92 runs, which led RCB to score 200 plus.
