New Delhi. Hrithik Roshan and Ameesha Patel started their film career with the blockbuster film ‘Kaho Na Pyar Hai’ released on 21 January 2000. This film proved to be the luckiest film of his career. Both became superstars of Bollywood with this film. This movie changed the way we all watch movies. This film was followed by Ameesha’s second blockbuster film ‘Gadar’, in which she romanced Sunny Deol and set the box office on fire. After the film turned out to be a blockbuster, Hrithik Roshan said something to Ameesha Patel, which Ameesha could not forget till date. He has recalled those words of Hrithik Roshan in his recent interview.
During a conversation with Siddharth Kannan, Ameesha revealed that she stays in touch with Hrithik and said that Hrithik’s father, director Rakesh Roshan, had congratulated her on the success of Ghadar 2. Further answering a question, Ameesha said in an interview, “He (Hrithik Roshan) was very worried. Our first film was such a big hit, so Down Fall hits you even more. He used to share many things with me in those days. ..But Ameesha, you gave another movie Ghadar Gi, I am giving flop, you are giving Ghadar Gi.

Ameesha further said that when Hrithik started getting worried, she told him not to panic, times change. The actress continued, “Hrithik and I used to discuss on the sets… One Friday, Hrithik Roshan becomes the most powerful person in this country after the PM and the next Friday people don’t accept his films. What kind of world is this? But I think Hrithik is a Greek God, he is a superstar forever. He said that Hrithik is a one-film wonder, and compared him to previous one-film wonders. It is very sad to give this tag to someone and when I heard Rakesh uncle announce ‘koi… mili’ after three years, I thought, ‘now he will come back.’
