Ashwin shared a few anecdotes during the conversation to emphasize the need to learn other languages. He said this is necessary if a person wants to pursue a career outside his native state. He also said that learning a language can go a long way in gaining acceptance from others and contributing to communication. Or he can learn basic conversation in Hindi or communicate properly with Hindi speaking people so that he can avoid the language related barrier.

Ashwin emphasized the importance of learning basic Hindi for anyone who wants to pursue a career outside Tamil Nadu. He also urged Hindi speakers to empathize with language learners and promote inclusion beyond linguistic barriers.
