ASG SV Raju, representing the ED, told the Delhi High Court that the trial court’s order has not been uploaded yet and the circumstances are not known. Copy of order not received yet. He has said that the investigating agency was not given full opportunity to oppose the bail application. He has appealed to the High Court to stay the order of the trial court and to hear the case at the earliest.
