David Johnson, 52, who played two Tests for India in 1996, died after falling from the fourth-floor balcony of an apartment here. A Karnataka Cricket Association official said, ‘We were told that David Johnson fell from the fourth floor of his apartment. He was rushed to the hospital, but doctors declared him brought dead.
