The year 2002 turned out to be bad for many big stars as many of their films turned out to be box office failures. Only four films could run at the box office. A film’s budget was less than 2 crore rupees. The names of ‘Raj’, ‘Ek Chhoti Si Love Story’, ‘Sathiya’ and ‘Devdas’ are included in this list. Apart from these four films, all other films turned out to be disasters, flops or average. But in terms of earning many times more than the cost, ‘Raj’ was heavy on all the films.
