30 Years of Baazigar: Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Shilpa Shetty’s superhit film ‘Baazigar’ is one of their fan favourites. Directed by Mastan Barmawala and Abbas Barmawala, Baazigar was released on November 12, 1993. The film has completed thirty years of its release today. While Shilpa made her Bollywood debut with ‘Baazigar’, this was Kajol’s second film. Although Shilpa’s role in the film was very small, but she won the hearts of the audience with her performance in the short screen play. Shah Rukh and Kajol are seen posing together in these pictures. Along with the photo, Kajol wrote in the caption, ‘Baazigar completes 30 years. There were a lot of firsts for me on this set. I worked with Sarojji for the first time, I met Shah Rukh Khan for the first time. I met Anu Malik for the first time.
I was 17 years old then
Kajol further wrote, ‘I was 17 when I started doing films. Abbas bhai and Mastan bhai really treated me like a dear child and how can I forget Johnny Lever, Shilpa Shetty. Lots of good memories and non-stop laughter. Even today, every song and dialogue from this film brings a big smile to my face. It is clear from this post that even today Kajol has not forgotten the memories associated with this film.
