New Delhi. Many great players are playing in the World Cup (World Cup 2023) and some have maintained their dominance till now. Some of these players include Kane Williamson, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. But the combo of Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid has already made a mark in their first World Cup. Indian-origin Rachin Ravindra has achieved what other players could not do for years in his debut World Cup. He scored his third century in the mega event.

Right from the first match, Rachin Ravindra’s bat was seen making noise. He scored a brilliant century in the very first match of the World Cup. After this he played a half century innings against Netherlands. At the same time, it was the turn of Team India which is proving to be the most dangerous in terms of bowling in this World Cup. Here too he scored 75 runs. Rachin Ravindra scored his second century against Australia. Now he has wrapped up the Pakistan team. He formed a formidable partnership with Kane Williamson and scored his century in just 88 balls.

No one has been able to do this in New Zealand

Rachin Ravindra has become the first New Zealand batsman to score a triple century in his first World Cup. Before this, Kane Williamson scored two centuries in 2019. Earlier, Martin Guptill scored 2-2 centuries in 2015 while Glenn Turner scored 2-2 centuries in 1975. Now Rachin Ravindra has reached number one by scoring 3 centuries. He has crossed the 500-run mark in the World Cup. He still has more matches left to add to his centuries.
