The way we chased today, that’s what we want to do.” Will do it again. We have been playing quality cricket for the last few years. We played with confidence in the Asia Cup as well. I said at the beginning of this tournament that we want to make this tournament historic for the people of our country.”

He continued, “First it was England, today is Pakistan and now there are other matches to look forward to. We will try to play positive cricket and do a lot for our country in this World Cup. The spin bowling department did very well. We delivered. Noor (Ahmad) was given a chance and believed in him, he showed his talent. The way Gurbaz and Ibrahim opened the innings, he gave that momentum and confidence. The game was in our hands from start to finish. The last partnership was Rahmat’s. And I played the role. Played which was also good.”
