After a long battle, when no other option was left, a real estate company Galaxy Properties bought it and shifted it to a new location in a historic initiative.
This huge building weighing 220 tons was moved 30 feet with the help of 700 bars of soap. The team at S Rushton Construction has made this impossible task possible. He also shared his video on social media platform Facebook.
Construction company owner Sheldon Rushton said the building was easily moved 30 feet with the help of soap. The building will be shifted somewhere else in the future plan after the new foundation is ready. This step is a big step towards preserving and restoring historical buildings for the future.
