In such a situation, the director of the film Sandeep Reddy Vanga has not only talked about the second part of Animal but also about the third part.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga speaks on the ‘Animal’ trilogy
Filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga recently spoke to ‘Galatta Plus’ and during this he talked about the animal’s character and scenes. In the conversation, Sandeep said that he hopes that the second part of the film will come. In such a situation, where Ranbir’s ferocious character is shown, it gives a glimpse of an animal park. On the last scene of the film, Sandeep said, ‘So when it started, me and Ranbir thought this is a great idea and we should shoot this scene. The plan was to hold it after the empty scene but it was felt that the audience might leave the theatre.
Animal part 2-3 was considered
Sandeep says he wanted people to return from the theater with Ranbir’s character Vijay. Sandeep says that he has received complaints from some people that the emotion comes first, finally the butcher scene. To this Sandeep says, ‘This feeling will continue in part 2, so I thought you’ll feel better when you watch volume 1 and volume 2.’ The film opens with Ranbir in his late 60s and is there a chance for a trilogy in such a state? To which Sandeep said, ‘Because parts 2 and 3 were in my mind. I thought that maybe in parts 2 and 3, the old man would be narrating the story, so this might be a good choice to start the film and the monkey joke worked.
Comparison with Mahabharata
In the conversation, Sandeep also told when he will start the work of the animal park. Sandeep says that he will now work with Prabhas on Spirit, which will begin in September 2024. After which he will start the work of animal park. At the end of the conversation, Sandeep also told why he named the film Animal Park? Sandeep said, ‘I thought there should be several animals, not just one or two. So now this fight will happen. Now it is like Mahabharata between brothers and cousins.
