Bhopal’s Sudipta is doing everything from Bollywood to web series… Bhopal’s Sudipta Saxena is Dhamako, said- Acting is in my blood, that’s how she got her first film.

Vinay Agnihotri/Bhopal. Sudipta Bhattacharya Saxena from Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, has proved her acting power in web series along with Bollywood. She has worked with stars like Raveena Tandon, Satish Kaushik, Manav Vij and Anushka Kaushik in the Bollywood film Patna Shukla and won hearts with her strong performances in several web series and shows like Mauka-e-Vardat, Savdhan India, Maharani. 2.

While talking to Local 18, Sudipta said that my father and mother were theater artistes in Indore and had their own theatre. My family had a theater atmosphere from childhood. I didn’t study theatre, but I got this kind of environment in the family. So acting is in my blood. Also told that I was fond of singing songs. When I was studying B.Sc in Indore I used to go to theaters and sing songs in different cities.

How did you get started in Bollywood?
Sudipta said that she was fond of singing since her college days. I was going to perform in different cities across the country. This is where I start. I sang ‘Prem Se Bolo Jai Mata Di’ on T Series Entertainment Television. People liked that song very much. In the year 2006, Suresh Wadekar was making the film ‘Charwaha Babu’. He told me that Sudeepta is your role, you have to play Bhabhi in the film. At that time I said yes to him. That’s how I got my first film offer and my world of films started.

Many web series also had a blast.
Sudipta Bhattacharya Saxena said that I have done more than 30 episodes of Savdhan India. I have also worked in Shimaru TV Serial Crime World. Apart from this Letter to Mr Khanna, Arbaaz Khan production film Patna Shukla, I have also worked in Maharani 2 web series. I am also a part of Homecoming Season 2.
