The threat of action against teachers employed by guest and outsourcing in government schools in Siwan district of Bihar has started hanging. It is being said that these teachers will be removed in keeping with the departmental instructions. However, before removal, it will be checked whether the schools having guest teachers and teachers have been reinstated through outsourcing, whether the teachers selected from BPSC are teachers of the respective subject after joining. After this the removal process will be started. However, the education department has instructed to remove guest and outsourcing teachers. The order said that, in such schools where BPSC has contributed newly appointed teachers and teachers were reinstated in the respective subject in the same school through guest and outsourcing, the guest teachers shall be removed from those schools in the changed circumstances.
Establishment DPO Awadhesh Kumar said guest and outsourcing teachers for classes 11 and 12 will be identified before removal. If there are already guest teachers of the same subject in the school in which the newly appointed teachers have contributed to their subject, they will be removed. A report in this regard is also being sought from the head teachers of the respective schools.

It may be noted that as many as 92 guest teachers were reinstated in the district. While the teachers were reinstated through outsourcing in last September.
