Each district will be randomized three times regarding school allocation of newly appointed teachers. The third randomization will be final and final, based on which school teachers will be recruited. At present, school-wise and subject-wise rationalization is being done keeping in mind the number of teachers available and student enrolment. A committee has also been formed at the state level regarding the posting of teachers. There will be a room under CCTV surveillance where officials will do the randomisation of school allocation. The Additional Chief Secretary has instructed all district education officers in this regard.
The posting is to be done only in rural areas and even in that the posting of school teachers will be done through randomization through departmental software. A committee headed by the Director of Secondary Education has been constituted to monitor and do this properly. Director Primary Education Ravi Shankar Singh, Additional State Project Director BEP Sanjay Kumar Chaudhary, Deputy Director Secondary Education Abdus Salam Ansari will be members of the committee. The committee will ensure the school posting of school teachers of each district through the software.
Many small and medium class districts have completed the rationalization process. In major districts this work is likely to be completed in next 2 to 3 days.

Teachers should not clamor to contribute. The Additional Chief Secretary has instructed that the DEOs should hold a meeting without any delay and prepare a strategy for their districts as to how many phases school teachers can contribute between November 11 to November 21. DEOs are completely free to decide how or how many stages they want to contribute in primary, secondary and higher secondary. The number is in thousands in each district. Therefore, the education department officials will work in the same campaign mode as before November 2 to issue provisional appointment letters.
In this order, all the leaves of all the officers and employees of the Education Department should be canceled and it should also be ensured that they are not deputed for any other law and order related work. Teachers should not rush to contribute to the school, as the school contribution date has nothing to do with their choice. Their selection has already been decided as per merit list of Bihar Public Service Commission.
