Bihar’s Sushil Kumar, who became world famous after winning a prize money of Rs 5 crore in Kaun Banega Crorepati season five, will now teach psychology in a secondary school. Kumar has cleared the BPSC Phase II Teacher Recruitment Examination in Class 6 to 8 and 11 to 12. There is happiness in his family after the result. Sushil, a resident of Hanumangarhi in Motahari, suddenly became the talk of the town in 2011 when he won Rs 5 crore in Kaun Banega Crorepati. After this Sushil launched the ‘Champa to Champaran’ campaign to restore the identity of Champaran, which was a topic of discussion. Under which a large number of Champa plants were planted in the district. Apart from this, he also started a sparrow conservation campaign.
Sushil said that he secured 1692nd rank in social science class 6 to 8 in teacher recruitment exam conducted by BPSC. While Plus Two has 119th rank in Psychology. Now becoming a teacher, he will show the children a new way.
Sushil Kumar has said that his posting will be in his home district. He appeared for the Teacher Eligibility Test at RDS College, Muzaffarnagar on December 15 in which he passed. He said that counseling is yet to be done and he will start giving duty soon. Sushil Kumar said he would further pursue a PhD in psychology and environmental relations. For this he has taken admission in Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University.
