1.25 lakh candidates have registered for the second phase of BPSC Bihar Teacher Recruitment. Currently the last date to apply without late fee is 14th November. And it is from 15th to 17th November with late fee. After registration, candidates can fill the exam form from November 10 to 25. This time the secretary of the commission Ravi Bhushan has made it clear that there will be no change in the application date. Candidates have to apply in due time.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has already directed that the second phase process will have to be completed in two months. Currently, the commission has got vacancies for 70 thousand posts. However, it is expected that there are all possibilities of increasing the seats during the examination. Many seats are left vacant in the first phase of teacher recruitment. Thousands of selected candidates did not contribute. In such a situation, the number of seats is sure to increase.

Thousands of STET and CTET successful aspirants are currently busy creating certificates. At the time of registration, several types of certificates including Aadhaar Card, Residential, Caste, Income Certificate and NCL are sought from the candidates.

Appointment of new teachers till 21, leave of officers and employees cancelled.
Around 1.10 lakh new teachers selected from Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) will be posted in schools by November 21. Until the teachers contribute, the leaves of all the officers and employees of the Education Department will remain cancelled. All DMs are given the responsibility to ensure this. In this regard, the Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department K K Pathak has sent a letter to all the DMs informing that the salary of the teachers will start from the date of contribution to the school.
The letter said that teachers will be appointed only in schools in rural areas. Currently there will be no posting in urban areas. Even in rural areas the allocation of schools will be random through software. The DM has been instructed to hold a meeting with the District Education Officers to formulate a strategy on how many phases the teachers can contribute between November 11 to 21.
