The newly selected teachers from BPSC will take classes across the state from Wednesday. Before this they have to contribute to their respective schools by Tuesday. The education department has given clear instructions to all the districts in this regard. All 1.10 lakh new teachers will contribute by November 21. The state government has also allotted schools to the remaining 20 thousand teachers. Before this, schools were allotted to 90 thousand teachers. After this, the remaining 20 thousand teachers were also allotted schools on Saturday itself.
All these teachers have been asked to contribute in their respective schools till 21st November. In the notification issued to the districts, the education department has said that November 19 and 20 has been declared as a holiday for Chhath Puja. Teachers selected from Bihar Public Service Commission will not contribute to schools during these two days. Hence the teachers who will be spared from contributing, their contribution will in any case be paid on 21st November. So all the new teachers will start teaching the children after the school opens from 22nd November.
There will be no problem in filling other subjects instead of subjects in BPSC TRE 2: Bihar Teacher Recruitment Application.
Kanhaiya Prasad, director of secondary education of the department, has written to all the district education officers. It is learned that the department, in its directives issued on November 8, asked that all teachers contribute by November 21. In the light of this letter, the department has issued a fresh order.
