Naxalites blasted an IED in Sukma

In the first phase of assembly elections in Chhattisgarh, voting is going on in 20 seats today. Meanwhile, the Naxal-affected Sukma district is also witnessing great enthusiasm regarding the voting. A large number of women are stepping out of their homes to vote. 9.93 percent voting was done in Chhattisgarh till 9 am. A landmine exploded in Sukma (Sukma Maoist Blast) during polling. An inspector of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has been injured in this incident. Officials gave this information on Tuesday. The first phase of polling is being held today in 20 assembly constituencies, including the Naxal-infested Bastar area of the state.
