This includes 8556 posts for unreserved, 2140 posts for economically weaker sections, 3400 posts for scheduled castes, 228 posts for scheduled tribes, 3842 posts for extremely backward classes, 2570 posts for backward classes and 655 posts for backward class women. .
About 10 lakh candidates applied for the Bihar Police Constable Recruitment Exam. However, no official announcement has been made regarding the number of applicants. The new date of constable exam will be announced on the official website of the board csbc.bih.nic.in. The new dates of constable recruitment exam will be informed along with the admit card. The Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment) issued a paper leak notice on 3 October 2023 and said that the constable recruitment exam was conducted on Sunday (01 October 2023) in both shifts. A large number of candidates have been caught cheating through electronic devices in this exam. In such a situation a decision has been taken to cancel the examination keeping in mind the possibility of paper leakage or mass copying by organized cheating gangs in the examination. The exam was to be held for three days in six shifts. The new dates will be announced in due course.
