Darshan Hiranandani, who gave the affidavit under no pressure, also admitted that he had used Mahua Moitra’s login password from Dubai.

Answer- It will be known from the record.

question- Did you repair the government building in Mahua?
Answer- I have said what I had to say in the affidavit.

question- Was 75 lakh rupees given to Mahua before 2019 elections?
Answer- I have said what I wanted to say in the affidavit, I don’t want to add anything else now.

question- But nothing is written in the affidavit about the payment of 75 lakhs and 2 crore rupees?
Answer- Whatever role I had is written in the affidavit.

question- There are allegations of gifts like boots, jewellery, bags, wine, cash… was this just a gift to a friend?
Answer- I will say what I have said in the affidavit, what will be asked during the investigation.

Mahua gave the login ID and password of the Lok Sabha account.
In the Mahua Moitra case, Darshan Hiranandani said in his affidavit that “Mahua Moitra gave me the log-in ID and password of her Lok Sabha account. Based on unverified information, I kept posting questions on Mahua’s Parliament account. I told Adani. Send questions for group targeting. “

In his affidavit, Darshan Hiranandani says, “Many times I felt she was taking unfair advantage of me. Mahua was forcing me to do things I didn’t want, but I had no choice.”

Hiranandani was not summoned by the CBI, any investigating agency or the Parliamentary Ethics Committee. The affidavit was leaked to a select section of the media.” Mahua Moitra has also filed a defamation case against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Nishikant Dubey, lawyer Jai Anant Dehadarai and several media organizations in the Delhi High Court.

Mahua said that the allegations of giving ID password are false.

In response to which it has come out on Friday that Darshan Hiranandani has officially given this affidavit to the Indian Embassy in Dubai through his lawyer. Along with this, he alleged that Darshan was forced to sign this affidavit. In the interview, the businessman himself replied that he gave the affidavit without any pressure.
