On Tuesday evening, a fight broke out between two people in Kalindikunj area due to an old enmity. After the dispute, the accused Shah Rukh attacked a person named Kamal Kishore with a knife. Shivam, who came to save his brother Kamal, was also beaten by the accused. After committing the crime in the middle of the road, the accused fled from the spot. The family admitted both to a nearby hospital. Where doctors declared Kamal dead. While Shivam has been admitted to Apollo Hospital, he has a wound in his abdomen and is in a stable condition.

Police arrested the accused
After receiving information about the matter, Kalindi Kunj police station took possession of the body, registered a case under the section of murder and attempt to murder and started investigating the case and late at night the police arrested the accused. Currently, the police are interrogating the accused. According to South East Delhi DCP Rajesh Dev, the deceased Kamal Kishore and the injured Shivam Sharma lived with their families in Khadha Colony in Jetpur. Both the brothers were working in a private company. Kamal had gone near the house on business. There he met Shah Rukh. Shahrukh stopped Kamal and started talking. Within a few minutes, a fight started between the two. During the fight, Shah Rukh pulled out a knife and attacked Kamal.
Shivam, who came to save his brother, was also injured.
The accused attacked several times one after the other. Meanwhile, Kamal’s brother Shivam also reaches there and tries to save his brother. Shah Rukh also attacked Shivam Sharma with a knife. The accused assaulted both the brothers five to eight times. He committed the crime in the middle of the road and then fled from the spot with knife wounds. People informed the relatives of the injured about this incident. The family reached the spot and admitted both of them to the hospital. Where Kamal died. After receiving information about the matter, Kalindi Kunj police station reached there and took Kamal’s body into custody and kept it safe for postmortem.
An arrest has been made on the basis of CCTV footage
The accused was identified from the footage of the CCTV camera installed at the spot. Police investigation revealed that Kamal’s father Raj Ballabh Sharma was ill for a long time. Her father died about a month ago after a long illness. Family members said that Kamal and Shivam were handling the expenses of the entire family. The family had not yet recovered from the tragedy of their father’s death when Kamal died and Shivam’s condition was critical. If anything happens to him, the family will be on the road.
