Engineers Day 2023: On Engineers Day, Prime Minister Modi congratulated engineers and appreciated their contribution to the progress of the country.

Engineers Day 2023: Today is Engineers Day. Every year 15th September is celebrated as Engineer’s Day in India. This day is a day to salute the efforts made by engineers in nation building. The day is celebrated on the birth anniversary of the country’s greatest engineer and Bharat Ratna Mokshagundam Visveswarai. Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya was born in 1861. Congratulating engineers on Engineers Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that their innovative minds and tireless dedication are the backbone of our country’s progress. On this occasion, he also posted on social networking site ‘X’.

Paying tribute to Visvesvaraya, he described him as a visionary engineer and politician. The Prime Minister said that they will continue to inspire generations to innovate and serve the nation.
