SAFEMA i.e. Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (SAFEMA) has invited tenders for the auction. Dawood Ibrahim owns 4 agricultural lands in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. Even before this, some of Dawood’s properties in Ratnagiri have been auctioned. In the last auction, a lawyer from Delhi had bid.
