Director Shibu Mitra’s hit film also featured Mausumi Chatterjee, Shatrughan Sinha, Chunky Pandey, Neelam, Richa Sharma, Shakti Kapoor and Danny Denzongpa in important roles besides Dharmendra. Apart from this, Vinod Mehra, Gulshan Grover were also seen doing a cameo in this film. The film was one of the biggest hits of the year. It turned out to be the fourth highest grossing film of 1987.
