Aditya L1 is surprising the world with his knowledge
After the moon, India also launched a mission to probe the sun this year. ISRO shocked the world on September 2 by launching the Aditya-L1 spacecraft from the Satish Dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota. According to ISRO, Aditya-L1 is the first space-based observatory to study the Sun. It is studying the Sun from the halo around the Lagrangian point ‘L1’ located at a distance of about 1.5 million kilometers from Earth. The payload ‘Aditya Solar Wind Particle Experiment’ installed in this Indian satellite started working long ago. ISRO claims that it is functioning normally. The purpose of this mission was to study the outer layers of the Sun. In the name of this endeavour, ISRO is collecting information about the heat of the Sun and its behavior in the surrounding atmosphere. India is working on a plan to send humans into space by 2025.
