New Delhi. Team India’s mission World Cup has failed, now India’s mission is T20 World Cup. The Indian team is starting its T20 series against Australia. The first match of the series between India and Australia will start shortly. Several players, including Team India’s Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, who were included in the World Cup squad, will not be part of the squad for this series. Team India will be captained by Suryakumar Yadav while Australia will be captained by Matthew Wade. Both the teams will face each other in Visakhapatnam.
Australia announced their squad for this T20 series with India in October itself. However, some changes have been made in the Australian team after winning the ODI World Cup. Players like David Warner, Mitchell Marsh withdrew their names from the series. India announced their squad for the series on 20 November. The 11 players who played in the ODI World Cup are not included in this Indian squad. These players have been rested from this series.
