JSSC CGL Date: Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission has released the revised date of Jharkhand General Graduate Qualified Combined Competitive Examination-2023. These exams will now be held on 21st January and 28th January. JSSC had postponed the exam a day ago. The commission has released the information. Earlier this exam was to be held on December 16 and 17. A total of 2025 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment exam.

The agency selected to conduct the examination showed its inability to conduct the examination on the scheduled date. After this it was postponed. Now these exams will be conducted at exam centers in various districts of the state. In the examination, script will be facilitated for candidates with 40% or more disabilities such as blindness and low vision, locomotor disability (both hands affected) and cerebral palsy and other disabled category candidates. For the convenience of the Dictator/Scribe, the concerned candidates will ensure to submit the application along with the prescribed format and documents to the Commission office by January 6.

cgl exam
The exam will be conducted in one phase. It will be taken in three shifts. Each paper will be of 2 hours duration. Mains exam will be conducted on OMR sheet. It will have objective and multiple choice questions. Three marks will be awarded for correct answer to each question, while one mark will be deducted for wrong answer.

Paper-1, Language Knowledge – Total Questions – 120, Duration of Exam – 2 Hours
– Knowledge of Hindi Language – 60 Questions
– Knowledge of English Language – 60 questions

Paper-2 Recognized Tribal and Regional Languages, Total Questions – 100, 2 Hrs.

Paper-3 General Knowledge, Total Questions 150, Duration of Exam – 2 Hours. A minimum of 30 percent marks in this is mandatory.
