Parliament security breach mastermind Lalit Jha has been arrested, surrendered before Delhi Police. Accused Lalit Jha surrendered late on Thursday night. Lalit Jha shared a video of two youths creating ruckus inside the Lok Sabha and releasing color smoke spray. In this case, 4 accused have been sent to 7 days police remand.

The four accused who were caught inside and outside Parliament were produced in the Patiala House Court on Wednesday. The court has sent all the four to 7-day police remand. However, the police demanded a 15-day remand of the accused. Another person Vicky Sharma along with his wife has also been detained in this case. All the accused stayed at Vicky Sharma’s house. However, after questioning, the police released both of them.

According to the report, accused Sagar Sharma, Manoranjan D, Neelam Azad and Amol Shinde stayed at Vicky Sharma’s house in Sector 7 Housing Board Colony in Gurugram before leaving for Delhi. Lalit Jha was also with him. Delhi Police says that all these met each other on an online site. All together planned to create a ruckus in Parliament.

All the four accused are educated. Neelam is 42 years old and is a teacher by profession and is also studying civil services. Police sources said that Lalit Jha called Sagar Sharma, Manoranjan D, Neelam and Amol Shinde and Vicky Sharma to Gurugram on Wednesday morning.
