Major Changes in CUET PG 2024 Exam Pattern

CUET PG 2024 Exam: National Testing Agency (NTA) from today CUET PG Registration has started for Talking about the latest updates, NTA has made several changes in the exam pattern of CUET PG 2024. These changes are not only in paper code selection but also increase in CUET PG application fee, number of exam shifts, exam duration and exam center. NTA has reduced the number of CUET PG papers. Last year, students were allowed to select a maximum of 20 test paper codes, but now students will be able to select only four paper codes. Not only this, the number of questions has also been reduced. Now instead of 100 the student has to answer 75 questions.
CUET PG 2024 Registration Process Start, form will be filled from this date, exam will be held in March
CUET PG Papers will be in both English and Hindi languages except for M.Tech Higher Science and Acharya Papers (except Hindu Studies, Buddhist Philosophy and Indian Knowledge System) and Language Papers. Students who qualify CUET PG exam get admission in PG courses of Central University. According to media reports, admission to around 195 universities will be available through the CUET PG entrance exam. It is expected that by the end of the CUET PG application process, the list of universities participating in CUET PG will increase.
Exam timings and shifts
Last year, students were given a total time of 2 hours for the CUET PG exam, while this year the entrance exam will be conducted for 1 hour 45 minutes. Not only this, like last year NTA will conduct the exam in three shifts. First shift exam will be conducted from 9 am to 10.45 am, second shift exam from 12:45 pm to 2:30 pm and third shift exam from 4:30 pm to 6:15 pm.

CUET Exam Centre
NTA will organize CUET Exam 2024 in 324 cities of the country and outside the country in the year 2024. While last year this exam was conducted in 337.
CUET PG Application Fee
NTA has made the biggest change in CUET PG application fee. The agency has increased the application fee and additional test fee for all categories of candidates. General category candidates will have to pay an additional Rs 600 to appear in the admission test paper, while other category candidates will have to pay Rs 500.
