In 2002, the film was also honored with the ‘Best Foreign British Independent Film – Foreign Language’ award. The story of the film was written by ‘Sabrina Dhawan’. The film starred Naseeruddin Shah, Saifali Shah and Lalita Dubey in lead roles.
