About the posts
NIA has recruited 119 posts of Inspector, Sub Inspector, Assistant Sub Inspector and Head Constable. Let us tell you that the last date for submission of application is 60 days after the notification is published. The recruitment notification was released on January 22. As per the notification there are 43 posts of Inspector, 51 posts of Sub Inspector, 13 posts of Assistant Sub Inspector and 12 posts of Head Constable.
Educational Qualification
Inspector, Sub-Inspector- Candidates who possess graduation degree from any recognized institution and should have at least two years of experience in criminal cases, intelligence work, operations, information technology or anti-terrorism.
Assistant Sub Inspector – Graduation Degree with five years regular service. Must have at least two years experience in criminal case or intelligence work.
Head Constable – 12th class pass from any recognized institute. Also should have experience of working in central or state police organization, government intelligence agency.
Salary
Inspector: Under Pay Matrix Level-7 Rs. 9300 to Rs. Salary up to 34800 will be given.
Sub-Inspector: Under Pay Matrix Level-6 Rs. 35400 to Rs. Salary upto 112400 will be given.
Assistant Sub Inspector: Under Pay Matrix Level-5 Rs. 29200 to Rs. Salary up to 92300 will be given.
Head Constable- Under pay matrix level-4 the salary will be Rs 25500 to Rs 81700.
