He handed it over to Shweta Bachchan through a deed dated 8 November. For this, Amitabh Bachchan has paid a stamp duty of 50.65 lakh rupees. Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan have gifted this bungalow together.

In July this year, Amitabh Bachchan bought 4 flats on the 21st floor in Signature Building near Veera Desai Road in Andheri West. For an office in Andheri he paid Rs. 43.10 paid stamp duty. Three parking slots are included for the flat. He bought this flat from Veer Savarkar Projects Private Limited.
